I made this board for yesterday's Sharing Time, and I thought the kids might have fun playing with it after church.

I was glad that not only the girls could have fun with this,

but Noah too. It looks like the Wookies and sand people have invaded Hoth,

and here's an impressive assortment of jets, weapons, aliens, soldiers, skateboards, helicopters, etc. who have taken up residence in the Pagoda and the pink Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired house.
What an eclectic neighborhood.

This reminds me of the car mats that I made for Crew and my nephews. Maybe he will still play with it when he is 10!
That's really cute!
Oh and as for the sharing time -- the doors come off and behind each one it says a different type of "neighbor" - such as "a kid who was mean to you at school," "your primary teacher," "a child from another country," "an elderly lady who lives across the street," and then we talked about ways to serve those people. It worked out really well but a few kids in senior primary thought it was hilarious to answer "Mow their lawn!!" for every single one. Oh well.
That is such an awesome idea! Too bad I'm not in primary anymore, or I'd steal it! And may I add, your kids are hillarious...but you already know that!
