Just as we did last year, at the end of June we split up and took separate trips. The boys went camping in Colorado, and the girls (along with my mom) went to San Diego. I didn't take a lot of pictures in San Diego, but we had a great time doing stuff my girls loved: playing at the park, playing with dolls, doing puzzles, going to the mall, and there was plenty of time to look for shells. I did a lot of reading (hooray!) and plenty of relaxing.
We mostly had cloudy days and didn't go to the beach much, but of course we still had a great time and it's always fun to spend a few days with just the girls.
