In other Olympics news, did you see the closing ceremonies? I only caught the last half-hour or so (last night from about 9-9:30). What was up with all that? I guess the Canadians must've liked it. Bob Costas was cracking me up with his sarcasm, "And now for the always-entertaining, giant inflatable beavers." Funny.

Best. Prize. EVER! Yum. I tried making this for the first time at Christmastime but didn't quite cook it long enough. Hopefully one of these years I'll get it right! In the meantime, David will be delighted to try some "real" toffee, lol. Thought for sure I was too late in posting, but it never hurts to try! THANK YOU SO MUCH! :) Anyone else going through Olympics withdrawals today? ;)
