Happy Valentine's Day

Do you have a regular Valentine's gift tradition with your kids?

When I was growing up, my mom would always leave a gift for each of us kids on the kitchen table for us to find the morning of Valentine's Day. It was usually a shirt, and almost every year I have continued that tradition with my own kids.

Since my kids are so close in age & size, we really do have plenty of pink/red/heart t-shirts around here that still fit, so I decided to change things up a little this year. Each of the kids is getting socks, a belt, and a little candy tower (all from Target). Aaron helped me make their crafty cards with tissue paper. I think the kids will like their little present.

Cute, Sara! I like the cards, too! I may have to use that idea with my kids. Happy Valentine's Day!

Cute! And you couldn't do that if they had to wear uniforms! (I'm on fi-ire!)
