Dude, this thing is amazing!

You absolutely HAVE TO get one of these!

$9.99 at Walgreens, or $9.88 at Walmart (but in my opinion a Walmart excursion is not even close to being worth the 11-cent savings).

Yes, it's a 180 degree subject change from cakes but I thought it was about time for a new subject anyway... I've had enough of cakes for a while (until the next one I make)!

You're so funny!
I'm really curious to know if I'm the only one who doesn't find it amazing. I mean, I think it's FINE... but not amazing. I guess my heels weren't that bad in the first place, and I find it rather annoying to grate them. But it does work... I'll give it that. And it's pretty cheap. Anyway, I'd love to hear why everyone else thinks it's so great.
Finally, I know you go to Walmart, so I find it curious that you have bashed it on more than one occasion on your blog. In my case, Walmart is MUCH closer than the nearest Walgreens... so I saved not only $0.11 but a few miles worth of gas too. :)

Okay, I agree with you Sara, that this thing is indeed AMAZING!!! I have horrible heels and the PedEgg makes my cracked-like-the-grand-canyon heels smooth as a baby's bottom. I was spending $50 every two weeks to have a professional make my feet pretty, but now after spending only $10, I just do it at home! Perfect! I love this amazing, strange device.

P.S. Kate, does this satisfy your curiousity with our amazement? Not all of us can count smooth heels a blessing, you are fortunate! :) Seriously!

Okay, I'm sold! Meredith recommended this awhile ago and I never got one. Now with a second confirmed opinion I will definitely have to go buy one...and I totally hear you on the Walmart thing!

In defense of myself:

Yes I have been to Walmart on occasion. I have learned that there are certain times of the day/week that are more tolerable, like mid-morning on a Tuesday, and when I need to get camping equipment, a gallon of milk, and elmer's glue, there's just no other place to go (since it's way closer to me than my Target). However, as soon as I go to check out, my Waliphobic tendencies return and I curse the moment I decided it would be a good idea. Plus, Kate, your Walmart is way better than mine :)

And also - my heels were in much worse shape than yours to begin with; I think since you wear so many cute flats yours don't get as bad? It's just that upon my first PedEgg use, I discovered skin that I never knew still existed underneath the "grand canyon" as Ashley described. It was awesome.

Hey Em if you're reading this -- let me tell you this is way better than your patented razor technique :)

Oh man. We went to Chili's tonight and then went to "your" Walmart. I had forgotten how horrible that place is. Seriously. I suddenly remembered why I used to hate Walmart so much. I'm really spoiled with the nice Walmart right by me. It's a completely different world.
And back to the PedEgg... I agree that this thing works, but seriously... does anyone get as much skin as pictured in the ad? And, do you find that the shavings fly out as you use it? Mine do not stay completely contained in the egg. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

I so this on TV but you always hate to even think of buying it until years later to make sure to actually works. I will have to go and buy one now. And Sara, I totally agree with you on our Walmart. I try to stay away from the weekend and go during the morning on a weekday. I have found the new one on Country Club to be really nice but it is starting to get crowded no matter when you go. I'm a Target girl, however. And Kate, I do love your Walmart, and for some reason is not all that busy compared to the others. I'll let you know what I think of theis gadget after I tr it out!

I WOULD try this gadget, if I could reach my feet. Sigh.

I think it's time for a professional job.

I always call it WaliWorld; I'll have to add Waliphobic to my list as well. I try to avoid it as much as possible, but seriously, where else it cereal that cheap? Alas, my Target is on the opposite side of town and doesn't even have groceries. Sometimes I just pay more at Safeway so I don't have to walk as far.

So have I been living in a cave? How is it that you ALL know about this Egg thing and have already tried it? I HAVE to get one. My feet have become quite the rough sand paper the past month. Thanks for the tip!
