It must be almost fall...

Overheard in the car on the way to school:

"Could you believe how cold it was this morning?"

"I know, it's been getting so much colder lately!"

"I was riding my bike before school and I didn't even get sweaty!"

"Guess what the temperature is right now? 80!"

"80?! Man, that's cold!"

(only in Arizona!)

That made me laugh out loud. Today my son said, "Mom, I don't need a sweatshirt to get on the bus, it is still 55 degrees outside, not sweatshirt weather yet." A true Minnesota boy if I ever saw one.

And that's why I can't ever live in Arizona as an adult. I think it was okay as a teenager, but 80 cold? My ideal temperature is 65, so 80 feels like 100 to me.

seriously, these "brisk" mornings are lovely.

Only in Arizona can it be 35 degrees on the way to school, requiring some bundling up and so warm after school they strip to shorts and flip flops to ride bikes! AZ winter is around the corner!

I'm now cold at 75 degrees, so I can relate. I do love the cooler weather--we even are getting close to having thunderstorms. Yeah!

That's so funny. I seriously would not be able to survive down there. I HATE being hot! You guys are crazy.

I just returned from an HOA meeting where several people were discussing how chilly it has been. Chilly? Come on people! The mornings have been very nice though.

Hahaha! That's so great. My kids were freaking out about 80 being really hot one time when we were packing for an Arizona trip. Our weather has been perfect lately with our windows open all day and night. Lovely.
