Bowling

Last night we went bowling together as a family, for the first time with all six of us! A couple of the kids had been bowling before but we hadn't gone all together. We had a great time.

We bowled two games and everybody improved. Aaron won for the highest game score. I was happy to break 100 both games. My game has always been inconsistent; I threw three strikes in our first game but had a few gutter balls too. The pop-up bumpers for the kids are great! They each tried different strategies until they found a bowling style they were comfortable with. Let me tell you, bowling two games with a bunch of little kids takes a LONG time! We were there for over 2 1/2 hours and it was a late night for the kids, but it was worth it and a really fun time together for our family.
