There's just over a week til school starts back up, and these kids have been enjoying every last minute of their summer break! Yesterday was a particularly fun day, with major fort contruction (actually they'd built this on Sunday and slept in it that night),
jumping in the bouncy castle,
and playing Just Dance 2.
Even Noah, who'd previously refused to play, finally gave in with an "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em" attitude and he ended up having a lot of fun with it too.
The day rounded out with a good dinner full of fun discussion and comparing embarrassing moments, followed by a family movie with popcorn. While I am glad school is starting soon (and the kids are excited too!) I will miss days like this.
