Molly in the Spotlight

In the past several weeks Molly has had some big firsts:

1) got her first loose tooth! (and in keeping with family tradition, two new permanent teeth are in without having lost the baby teeth first)

2) had her first piano lesson -- and she is doing so well!

3) made it to the top of the #4 climb at Freestone:

4) had her first soccer game! She was smacked in the face by the ball while she was goalie, which led to tears :( but, she got major cheers from the crowd upon her return to the game. She did so well and loved it!

5) had her first 70-phonogram test at school (we love Spalding!) AND she got all 70 correct, the only one in her class to do so! This earned her a special lunch with me at Denny's, complete with chocolate milk.

6) Turned 6 today!!

Molly is such a sweet girl! She's a good helper around the house, she has persistance and determination in trying new things, and she is always thinking of other people. The most considerate little 6-yr-old I know.

I love you Molly!

Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday, Molly! Those are some great accomplishments. And you didn't want to sound too braggy, Sara, but you could have said that Molly's teacher has 2 classes each with about 20 kids and Molly is the only one who got all 70 phonograms in BOTH classes! What a cute, smart, STRONG girl!

We love Miss Molly Moo too! That climbing video is amazing. She is fearless!!!!
And way to go on the phonogram test! I didn't think you learned all 70 in Kindergarten at your school. Awesome!
HAPPY 6th!!!!

We sent her a card; I'm not sure if she got it yet or not. I love that girl. We're excited to see her and everyone at the end of this month. I love that climbing video. I still kind of get freaked out on tall stuff. There's no way I would have been doing climbs like that at her age. Way to go, Molly!! Happy Birthday!!

Happy Birthday to Molly! What a beautiful talented girl.

Tell her when she's 16 I know a couple of nice boys who'd be willing to date her. :)

(Yes, Jake's a little younger, but that can work. Also, it gives her options on which one she prefers!)
