President Hinckley died tonight. I am happy that he can be reunited with his wife now and I know he must be in such a glorious place. But I am just so sad. I think this is the first time I've really cried when a prophet and president of the Church has died. What a wonderful man, with such a cheerful personality. You couldn't help but smile when he smiled. He has done so much in his life for the building up of the gospel on the earth.
We will miss him so much.

I know. We had a moment at our house too. And Jake prayed for him to come back soon, strong and healthy. I still need to work on their understanding of the resurrection.
Isn't it wonderful though to love somebody so much, and to feel the difference he made in our lives? And he will continue with us, because we are changed.
I love him too, and the tears are mixed with smiles.
