First and foremost, HADPY HADLODUDEN! (I beat you Jame!) If anyone can figure that out, why that means Happy Halloween, I will be duly impressed.


And now, how about another reason...

Social Policies

Here I will quote someone else, whose political blog I always enjoy. Here is a part of his plea to McCain:

"On social policies, adhere to principles that strengthen the fundamental unit in society, the family. Let parents govern and manage their households and raise their children, not the schools or Congress. Any social policy that diminishes the family to any whit should be terminated, abandoned and relegated to the trash bin. Preserve the sanctity of marriage as it was set forth by God, and thus preserve the foundation of our nation, the American family. Do not succomb to the pressures of appeasement to societal shifts and extremes."

I have made no secret of the fact that I am not thrilled with the selection/election of McCain as the Republican presidential nominee, and that this election is an instance where we must choose the "lesser of two evils." But I think that John McCain is the far better choice.

I know I have only provided a small amount of good reasons, and then not very eloquently, but I do feel strongly about the subject. If any of you are undecided, I hope I have given you a few things to think about!
