I'm guessing this was written by Andy Samberg? That guy is so funny. And Amy Poehler did great too. Oh yeah, and Sarah Palin of course.
I read a few of the comments that people left on nbc's site and apparently a lot of people actually think that a) Sarah Palin really WAS going to do the rap and backed out last-minute and that Amy Poehler really did just fill in, unrehearsed, and that b) that was actually Todd Palin in the "snow machine" suit. Both preposterous. But anyway I've watched this at least 5 times and just can't get enough of it; it's great.

That was a total crack-up!!! I loved the part with Alec Baldwin. Also, gotta love Todd in his Snow Machine outfit. That was awesome. And, I love that she was wearing her signature tall black boots for the close. Classic Sarah!
I love SNL lately...the special Thursday night debate-esque skits they have been doing and now this rap. Hilarious!
An interesting fact, my friend Nicole who moved to Iowa (as you know, a VERY republican state) is naming her baby girl (due in December) Palin. She said she is going to spell it differently like Paylin or something. I'm thrilled, compared to the name she was strongly considering...are you ready for this? They were going to choose: Immagene...like Imagine, with a french flare. Palin is SO much better!

So funny! I have stayed up late the past few Saturday nights just to see SNL. A bit tough for me to do...but so worth it!
That was freakin hillarious! The most funny thing is watching Amy P. and her HUGE belly rapping like that. NICE!
