Only this many days of school left! Where does the time go? Noah and Molly are anxious to be done with homework for a while, Zoe and Lucy are excited because every day is one day closer to Kindergarten. I look forward to having the kids home for the summer; to have a break from our busy school year schedule and to enjoy each others' company, and to swim to our hearts' content.

Hooray! I am SO looking forward to the summer too. In fact, I looked through the Parks and Rec catalog for quite a while a few days ago to find classes for the girls and I decided to not do any of them! I just want to have a relaxing, care-free, stay in PJ's, swim-all-day type of summer this year. Okay, we will probably put swim suits on...
See, I'm having mixed feelings. I'm glad that things will slow down enough to actually get Pete on a nap schedule. But I'm not sure about how to entertain four boys adequately all summer. They are starting to get in the wrestle and fight a lot stage. I don't want this to turn into the summer of scream. We'll see.
Oh, and one more thing Caroline says we need...
While doing a headstand on our sofa and slipping a bit, she said "we need a rubber couch like Zoe and Lucy's."
What kind of furniture do you have? I have been to your house but not seen the rubber couch! ;)
Haven't you seen it Meredith? It's right there between the velcro end table and the spaghetti noodle lamp.
Hmm, maybe she's thinking of the leather couch? It's real leather, I swear... at least the price tag suggested as much...
I figured she meant leather...it was so funny!
