I love this video!

Meredith said...: Pretty fantastic! in my YW lesson yesterday about taking care of our bodies, when we got to the part about exercise, I talked to them about how 100+ years ago people didn't need to exercise because they were up at dawn milking cows and if they were lucky enough to go to school, like Mary and Laura Ingalls, they walked and walked there and back, no buses, carpools, nothing. One of my girls popped her hand up and said she wished we had simpler times again like that. There is a lot of truth to it.; October 12, 2009 at 8:28 AM
