When you have a teeny bit of extra time on your hands and three daughters with beautiful, fixable hair, who adore looking dressed up?
We've done a lot more styles that I haven't taken pictures of. Inspired by this blog. Many of the 'do's are too fancy & complicated for me, but they're all fun and my girls love them. I even made some flower clips a couple weeks ago; flowers look so cute in their hair and I plan on making more. FYI I have done those nice spiral curls in all 3 of my girls the past two Sundays; it takes almost an hour to do all 3 of their hair but if I plan ahead there's enough time before church! They love having the curls and they've gotten lots of compliments on them.

love your blog, your girls are adorable... I'm stuck with all boys... ideas?
lol
This is the part that totally freaks me out about having a girl! I don't even like doing my own hair...
Thanks for sending me the link to that website. I did check it out right after church the other day. Your girls' hair always looks so cute. I've tried a couple of them, but I have yet to try the curls. You are brave.
Love it, I'm counting down the days until I get to do that. She will probably be bald until she is two at least.
Their hair looks so cute and I did notice the curls in one of your pictures in one of your last posts. I can't wait to be able to do my little girl's hair!
You've done a great job on your girls' hair! My oldest has been wanting me to do that first hairstyle on her for awhile. I'm going to have to get serious and try some new hairstyles!
Okay, rub it in. :)
The picture of Lucy is so cute with her darling smile in the reflection. And that curly hair is so pretty!
Awesome hairdos on some girls with great hair, like their mother! Seriously, what is the trick with getting Lucy's hair so pretty? (And all the girls in their Sunday styles?) It defintely tops the pink foam curlers of yesteryear!
Very cute! I'm with Pam here, how do you get those spirals?
For the nice spiral curls, I followed these instructions exactly, even buying the Garnier Fructis cream gel: http://shedoeshair.blogspot.com/2008/06/so-cute-it-will-make-your-hair-curl.html
Lucy's hair is the easiest since it's thin; Zoe's & Molly's take FOREVER since they have a TON of thick hair. But, having church at 10:30 I can come up with enough time to do all 3 before church ... although it won't be every week!
It looks so natural...that is quite the feat. I could NEVER get my thin hair to do anything like that. I love that picture too, she's so sweet.
beautiful. i'm so jealous!
so mabel has always refused to let me do anything to her hair until i showed her this post. today she is sporting the criss-cross look (the one with the blue ribbons) and she loves it! thanks for the inspiration!
